10 lesson & coaching planner questions, answered
Real questions people ask — with the answer and how CoachMate solves each one.
How do I plan private lessons?
CoachMate schedules lessons on a calendar per student — music, tutoring, sport, fitness or languages. Add a date, duration, fee and an optional video-call link, and set a reminder so no lesson is missed.
How do I manage my students?
Each student gets a profile with contact, notes, a default hourly rate and their lesson history. You always know who had which lesson and what was agreed.
How do I track student progress?
CoachMate keeps progress entries per student — notes on what was covered and what to work on next, so every lesson builds on the last.
How do I invoice for lessons?
CoachMate creates invoices from your lessons with the student's rate applied. Generate an invoice PDF for a student and send it directly.
How do I manage lesson packages?
Sell lesson packages and CoachMate tracks how many sessions are used and how many remain, so you don't over- or under-book a student.
How do I set reminders for lessons?
Set a reminder per lesson (30 minutes to a day ahead). CoachMate notifies you and, via the calendar, keeps the week visible so nothing slips.
How do I teach online lessons?
Add the student's Zoom, Meet or Teams link to the lesson. It's pre-filled from the student profile, so starting an online lesson is one tap.
How do I track my income from lessons?
CoachMate applies each student's hourly rate and shows fees per lesson and month, with invoices for the totals — your lesson income is tracked without a spreadsheet.
How do I plan lessons offline?
CoachMate works fully offline. Schedule, edit and invoice lessons with no internet, and your data stays on your device.
How do I keep lesson data private?
CoachMate stores students, lessons and progress on your device with no cloud and no account. Your student list is yours alone.
